An Iowa native, Bill’s family began vacationing in Colorado’s Summit County in the 1950s.  Bill grew up skiing Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Breckenridge and Vail.

After his father (along with Max Dercum) co-founded the Keystone resort in 1970, Bill moved to Summit County to become a Professional ski Patroller at both Keystone and A-Basin.

Namesake Keystone runs are: Bergy’s Glade for Bill and Bergman Bowl (after his father).

Bill is an active Real Estate Investor, Consultant and Developer.  He has successfully developed resorts, condominiums, industrial and retail centers.  Past clients include the Denver based Anschutz family and the MacMillan (Cargill) family members.

Bill and his wife Rita moved back to Summit County, their “Dream Destination”, and founded Bergman Realty Group in 2014.

Bill’s extensive experience has taught him, real estate is best conducted as a LOCAL business.  He takes a very personal interest in the reputation of his company and the interests of his clients.

Bill began his real estate career during the inaugural launch of Keystone Resort selling Flying Dutchman and Plaza condominiums. He begrudgingly left Keystone (his favorite playground) to earn a Finance degree and an MBA from the University of Denver.

Bill founded his own development company, Alhambra Development Corp , in 1985. Alhambra Corp. is named after the family’s Alhambra cabin, in which both Keystone and Arapahoe Basin were formed.

Bill remains passionate about Summit County and the abundant life it offers.  The isolation of the pandemic makes it even more apparent.  “Here, we continue to LIVE not merely exist.  Our Mountain Environment provides a lifestyle deserving of CELEBRATION and GRATITUDE.”

Elle B has enjoyed the splendor of Summit County since childhood, spending time at her family condo and skiing the fabulous slopes of the County’s 5 resorts. Her passion for a mountain lifestyle was cultivated very early.

After graduating from Pepperdine University, Elle B moved to New York City where she was in the entertainment and communication fields before transitioning to real estate.
She acquired her license and became a successful real estate broker in New York City.  During this time, the Wall Street Journal recognized her for her lifestyle approach to selling.  This skillset, combined with unrelenting dedication to her clients interests, generates results few in the industry achieve.

In 2017, the draw of Colorado living became too much to resist, and she returned to Summit County and joined Dercum’s Dash as an in-house Sales and Marketing Director.  She used her skills and innovative marketing approach to infuse new life into the struggling Dercum’s Dash luxury development, which had sold only 3 properties in the previous 3 years. During her 18 month tenure, Dercum’s Dash home and land sales increased to more than 15 million dollars (8 transactions in 18 months).

In 2019 Elle B decided to expand her career opportunities and selected Bergman Realty Group.  Her integrity, work ethic, creative talents and delightful charisma endear her to clients and colleagues.
